Origin of human and society (PREHISTORIC PERIOD)

We live in the age of Information technology. Mobile phones we have literally put the world on our finger tips. The all encompassing knowledge that we possess now, which has helped in the development of powerful technology, didn't emerge all of a sudden. The foundation of our modern life was facilitated by the development of the process of cognition among the human ancestors in the prehistoric age.

Prehistoric people were the pioneers of creative knowledge. From the artefacts and the language they developed,we are able to understand how intelligent they were.
What is prehistoric period?
The period before the development of script is called the prehistoric times. It is also referred to as the stone age. Australopithecines were the apes from the modern humans evolved. Now they are extinct, but they are considered as to be the close relatives of humans.
The prehistoric period is divided into three parts. They are:
          1. Lower paleolithic culture
          2. Middle paleolithic culture
          3. Upper paleolithic culture
LOWER PALEOLITHIC CULTURE:
The lower paleolithic culture is marked by the human ancestors belonging to species Homo habilis and homo erectus. They used hand axes and cleavers to meet their subsistence needs. These tools, which are found in Africa, Asia and Europe, are dated the earliest to about 1.8 million years ago.
MIDDLE PALEOLITHIC CULTURE:
After about 3,98,000 years BC(BCE), futher changes took place in the lithic technology in Africa. The homo erectus species existed during this time.
Lithic technology: "lith" means stone. The methods and techniques involved in the production of stone tools are called lithic technology. The people of this period were called Neanderthals.
UPPER PALEOLITHIC CULTURE:
This period was marked by innovation in tool technology. People used different varieties of silca-rich raw materials in this phase. Numerous paintings and art objects were made. In Europe, humans known as Cro-Magnons lived in this period.
The next to these paleolithic cultures were mesolithic culture and Neolithic culture, before to these then there is Ice age.
ICE AGE:
The period before 8,000 BC when many parts of the world remained covered by ice sheets and snow.
That's it for this one. I hope y'all have gained something from this. Next will be a story I hope you like that too.
                          TSYM!!!!!
